We aim to get Begu to you as fresh as possible.
Once your order is placed, it goes straight into production. We usually ship within 1–2 business days, depending on order volume. Once dispatched, your delivery should arrive within 2–4 working days.
We partner with a range of reliable UK couriers to ensure your jar of Begu gets to you safely and efficiently. You’ll receive confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
📦 Currently shipping within the UK only.

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns.
However, if your Begu arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help. Please get in touch within 15 days of receiving your order and provide a photo or explanation of the issue. If approved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement, no hassle, no stress.
