Ross Grant

Personal_trainer_rossRoss Grant has over 10 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry. He holds a diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training as well as in Nutrition, Weight Management and Sports Massage Therapy. After spending time training and qualifying for the Marines, he certainly knows what it takes to succeed, both physically and mentally! Ross takes pride in developing tailored plans based on each of his individual client’s needs and requirements from both a fitness and nutrition point of view. He recognises the importance of fuelling the body correctly with the best food possible to encourage effective and sustainable weight control.

From working with a diverse range of people over many years, in terms of age, weight, fitness, strength, injuries and motivation, he has a comprehensive understanding of the difficulties and challenges we routinely face with nutrition, health and fitness, and the intimate relationship they have with each other. This has naturally led to his involvement with begu.

Ross and begu have developed a series of short instructional videos for easy to perform exercises, that do not require equipment and can be done anytime and anywhere. You don’t have to already be a keen gym goer, these exercises are perfect for novice and experienced alike. He knows how hard it can be to get started, with so much advice out there, so a series of workouts have been devised, depending on how easy or hard you want to train, and what part of your body you want to focus on.
