How to use begufitness

Always WARM UP for at least 5 minutes before, and COOL DOWN with a 5 minute stretch, see our examples.

Full Body Workout

    • Each week select 2 different exercises from each of the categories – upper body, lower body and core strength (Changing the exercises keeps the body guessing and you more inclined to keep going)
    • Do this 15 – 30 minute routine 3 or 4 times a week
    • Start out with 8 – 12 reps of each exercise and build up to 3-4 sets of each
    • Rest 30 seconds between each set
